If you have been the victim of a crime, if a member of your immediate family has been the victim of a crime, if you have witnessed an assault, a break and enter or some other crime, the Capitale-Nationale and Chaudière-Appalaches CAVAC staff can help you overcome the physical, psychological and social consequences of the victimization, and assist you in obtaining compensation for the harm you have suffered.
The Capitale-Nationale and Chaudière-Appalaches CAVAC main office is located at 1167, chemin Sainte-Foy in Québec City. Please call ahead for an appointment: 418 648-2190 or 1 888 881-7192, Monday to Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Thursday until 8:00 p.m. You can also reach the CAVAC by fax at 418 648-8110 or by e-mail at receptionniste@cavac-quebec.ca.
