The Laurentides CAVAC is managed by a board of directors and a director general who has a university degree in mental health and substance abuse. The team includes support professionals trained in various disciplines such as criminology, sexology and social work, and an office clerk with a secretarial background. In total, nine employees and one volunteer provide services to victims in the Laurentides region.
