The Nunavik area includes 14 northern villages located north of the 55th parallel. These villages, several kilometres apart, are located on the coast of Hudson Bay (Kuujjuaraapik, Umiujaq, Inukjak, Puvirnituq, Akulivik) and on the shores of Hudson Strait (Ivujivik, Salluit) and Ungava Bay (Kangiqsujaq, Quaqtak, Kangirsuk, Tasiujaq, Aupaluk, Kuujjuaq, Kangiqsualujjaq).
The Nunavik CAVAC offers services in both its offices (Kuujjuaq and Salluit) and the support workers travel with the itinerant courts to the coast of Hudson Bay and Ungava Bay.
